To whom it may concern,

Yesterday in the evening, on March 1st, I bought packaged beef at your store on 31 Rosemary Street. Unfortunately, this product not only did not meet any quality requirements, but it also gave me a number of serious inconveniences.

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your products, because after eating dishes cooked from this beef, I had a serious sitotoxism. My health condition did not allow me to go out, so I had to call for a doctor at home. Considering that the packaged beef from your store was the only product that I consumed since yesterday, I am rather sure it is the reason of my disease. I assume the meat was not fresh.

I am your long-time and loyal client. I was always satisfied with the quality of products and services in your store. Therefore, to resolve the problem peacefully, I would appreciate your interest in my problem. I would like to ask you to compensate me with $350, since I had to spend a large sum of money for paying for medicine ($80) and my doctor’s home visit ($250). The rest of the amount ($20) would be a refund for the packaged beef. Enclosed are copies of all my receipts.

I hope we can come to a peaceful agreement on this issue. I am waiting for your reply and a resolution to my problem. However, after the 10th of March, I will seek help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau if there is no reply from your side.
