I need help and tips on how to start my speech. As well as what to write in the middle of my speech and the finale. I will appreciate the thoughts

You can start with statistics or facts about laziness that are surprising. In the middle of your speech, you can go into detail about how laziness affects people negatively. As the finale, you can summarize your speech and leave with an afterthought to make your listeners think about your speech much after you are done with your speech.
