Welcome to the Affiliate and Referral Program of AcademicHelp.net. 

This program is designed to reward individuals or entities (“Affiliates”) for referring new customers to our platform through a structured commission system. 

By participating in the Affiliate and Referral Program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms outlined in this document.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Affiliate Program, Affiliates agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any modifications made over time. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Registration and Eligibility

Affiliates must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current information.

AcademicHelp.net reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on payments made by referred users to AcademicHelp.net.

Commissions are paid only after a month following the user’s payment.

Payment Procedures

Our commitment includes reliable monthly payments, with a $10 minimum for payouts. Earnings below this amount will automatically carry over to the next cycle for convenience.

Affiliate Obligations

To maintain a constructive atmosphere for everyone involved, we establish key behavioral guidelines:

– Prohibition of Self-Referrals: Affiliates must not use their own referral links for personal sign-ups. Violations will result in the termination of the affiliate account and loss of earned commissions.

– Commitment to Honesty: We strictly enforce against manipulative tactics, dishonest advertising, spam or any dissemination of misleading information, leading to immediate deactivation of the affiliate account.

– Non-Competition Clause: Affiliates are allowed to create ads on any platform, except adult content sites. However, you must not use AcademicHelp’s branded keywords in search engine ads. This includes “AcademicHelp” and any misspellings or variations that could mislead or confuse.

– Genuine Representation: False representation or impersonation of our staff, or suggesting an inaccurate affiliation with our brand, is strictly forbidden.

– Integrity in Portrayal: It’s imperative that affiliates do not present AcademicHelp in any manner that suggests it facilitates cheating or academic dishonesty.- Prohibition of spam, misleading advertisements, and other unethical marketing practices.

Intellectual Property

Affiliates have no ownership rights over any intellectual property of AcademicHelp.net.

Use of AcademicHelp.net’s trademarks and copyrighted materials must adhere to guidelines provided by AcademicHelp.net.

Termination and Consequences

These Terms become effective once you receive your affiliate link and remain in force indefinitely, until ended by either party. You or AcademicHelp may terminate the relationships anytime, for any reason, with the termination becoming effective upon sending written notice.

Upon termination, all outstanding financial commitments, including the processing of final commission payments, will be honored.

Legal Compliance and Indemnification

Affiliates agree to comply with all laws and regulations relating to their promotional activities.

Affiliates agree to indemnify AcademicHelp.net against any legal claims arising from their actions.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All disputes or claims that arise under or relate to these Terms shall be exclusively adjudicated by the courts located in Cyprus, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes or claims.

Modifications to the Terms

AcademicHelp.net reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes agreement to the new terms.
