We provide our Products and Services for the credits which User will receive after registration.

Your subscription plan will continue on a 30-days basis until terminated. To use our Services you must have Internet access, an internet ready device, a valid working Email, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. To receive Academic Help Hub account info and communication, a valid working Email is required. We are not responsible for invalid Emails provided on sign up.
6. Cancellation of Subscription
We understand that sometimes our customers may wish to cancel their subscription and request a refund. Therefore, we offer the following refund policy:
- If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel your monthly subscription after the first 7 days, we will not provide a refund for the current month’s subscription fee, but you will not be charged for any subsequent months.

Please note, that any refund may only be done to the same account, from which the payment has been made.
7. Subscription’s Pricing Plans
Within our complimentary usage model, every User is allocated 5 credits daily, facilitating actions within the available services. These credits are replenished for all users on a 24-hour cycle at no additional charge.
Should the User exhaust their daily credits, they have the option to transition to one of our paid subscriptions plans, where daily credit limitations are not applicable.
Subscription Plans:
— Free:
Grants users 5 credits daily, refreshed every 24 hours.
— Essentials:
Priced at $10 monthly, it provides Users with 500 credits for a duration of 30 days. Note: These credits are non-renewable within the 30-day period.
— Productive:
For a monthly fee of $29, Users receive 2000 credits valid for the month.

8. Fair Usage Policy
The “Fair Usage Policy” implies that even if you have subscribed to an “unlimited” usage or any other non-specific usage plan, the usage is still subject to reasonable limits determined by Academic Help at its own discretion, with the aim of preventing misuse of site services and use cases that the site may not be able to handle (like cases when you try to misuse the Service, resell it or otherwise violate these Terms). This policy is designed to ensure that the majority of users can use the site services without any issues. By subscribing to the site services, you accept and acknowledge the Fair Usage Policy.

10. Use of the Website; termination and suspension of use

The foregoing is an express limited use licence and not an assignment, sale, or other transfer of the Services or any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, moral rights, trademarks, know-how, or any related or other rights or interests or other intangible assets recognized under any laws, regulations, or international conventions, in any country or jurisdiction in the world of AcademicHelp or its licensors. Subject to the prohibitions of Section 11, any rights not expressly licensed pursuant to this section are reserved and upon termination of these Terms, all rights which are licensed shall terminate.

The non-exclusive license hereby granted to AcademicHelp under this Section will extend to any associated Intellectual Property Rights in the user content and will continue in perpetuity, notwithstanding the termination of this Terms
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, You will own all rights, title, and interest in Product including, without limitation, all Intellectual Property Rights therein. You hereby grants Us an unlimited, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, royalty-free, sublicensable right and license to use, store, reproduce, publish and publicly display, modify and create derivative works of the Product and Intellectual Property rights which may be contained therein, as well as all other rights necessary to use and exercise all rights in the Product in connection with the Services and/or otherwise in connection with the AcademicHelp business for any purpose.
