That’s why we don’t just trust the first impression of the service but dive deeper into the matter by organizing our own mystery shopping projects. GoNerdify also went through such an examination. We were connected with the performer who didn’t provide us with the level of communication we expected.
On a more positive note, their customer support is as responsive as they get. A 24/7 live chat with a practical bot as well as an option to be connected with a real assistant ensures quick and useful help for customers who need advice. Besides, they offer guidance through Facebook and Whatsapp messengers as well, so your answers can be answered directly and almost instantly too.

The Question of Reliability: GoNerdify’s Paper Quality — 35.83/50
When paying for the service, you look to receive a corresponding quality product. We think that’s a perfectly reasonable expectation, especially when looking for the best assignment writer. To check whether the platform can properly meet your requests, we send our ordered works to be checked by a US college professor. According to this evaluation, Nerdify’s tasks scored 79.2/100 pts (essay) and 64.1/100 pts (memo to the CEO). Of course, the second paper was marked only slightly higher than the passing grade (60 pts). Still, we believe that the service showed overall decent results.
Starting with the positive aspects, both assignments got the maximum (100%) in length and integrity. The essay also got graded high in spelling (100%), punctuation (92%), clarity (89%), and objectivity (84%). As for the memo task, it got noted with its grammar (93%) and word choice (80%). The indexes of objectivity and clarity also showed up-to-the-mark results of 100% and 87%.
However, there was a lot of room for correction and improvement. The essay, for example, lacked a clearer delivery of thoughts, resulting in low efficiency (51%) and acuity (51%). The writers could also use another approach to word choice (58%). The picture is a bit more complicated with the second assignment. What seemed to cause the main downfall of the grade here, was reference formatting, source detail in particular. The in-text citation index was also marked as seriously deficient.
Several shortcomings of the personal narrative essay are highlighted by Dr. Low:
First, the student could have chosen more descriptive words to paint a better picture of their aunt and her impact on their life. Additionally, they could have provided more evidence to support their claims and explain why she was so important to them. Obviously, the author is very grateful to their relative, but this feeling isn’t supported by clear examples. I hope this feedback helps rethink this student’s approach to the clarity of their work.

Seems like a bait and switch company to me. Contacted Nerdify on 4/29 to assist with a project. Stated completion time was 4/30 @ 2p. I received my “completed” project on time, and that’s where the positive things I have to say about this company end. The project, which was an excel document, had 2 entire data columns deleted off my original work. There was another column that, due to the other deleted columns, was completed errored out. This project was in worse condition than when I sent it in. I paid extra for a “top nerd”. All in all I paid $164 for an error filled excel document. Lazy, inexcusable work. THEN to top it off, when I contact customer service, they asked for 12 more hours to fix it. I said absolutely not. They said they would try to have it fixed in 4 hours but couldn’t guarantee anything would be corrected for a full 24 hours. Of course I ended up having to correct the errors myself and finished the project alone. It was more time wasting dealing with Nerdify than helpful. When I contacted customer service they have shiesty wording, claiming they would “refund” *to my account*. So now I’ve got $164 in my Nerdify account, when I need $164 back on my card. They stopped responding to me completely, straight up ghosted me, as of 5/1. I’ve reported them to my credit card company and am pursuing options to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!

That doesn’t explain anything. The site says “minimum” price per page, but all essays vary in complexity, length, writer and so on. Just because a site says a minimum price doesn’t mean it is always that price for whatever you want to get written.
yes, the numbers don’t add up. Nerdify say the min price per page is $8.67 but Ahelp paid $82.8 for the essay. That equals to $41 per page.
Nerdify is way too expensive! Ahelp quality score is only 35/50 and they charge $82 for a two-page essay? This is too much, in my opinion.
I guess the deadlines they choose are very reasonable. 6 hours for a short essay is more than enough to write a nice paper for any service that claims to be professional. What a great way to check the company for quality.
