Grademiners Review:

A*Help Score: 77.5/100

College freshmen students are usually thrilled during the first weeks of their studies. They have finally left their hometowns, breaking free from their parent’s control, day-to-day errands, and grueling cello drills with old Mr. Horowitz three times per week. There will be no one telling you when you must return home. You will no longer be grounded for skipping music lessons, and junk food from Subway is officially liberated from mom’s label of “prohibited.” Freedom reigns supreme.

Very soon, however, a tragic reality bites you, and the romantic images of parties, road journeys, and nightclubs capturing your imagination are replaced by looming prospects of lectures, labs, and essays. Add seminars, field trips, and other components of proper education, and you may find that your dreams of exciting college life are just that: dreams.

No worries. A*Help is here not to discourage you. We are here to help. And so is Grademiners.com – a professional academic writing service that vows to write your essay and save you some time for partying. The A*Help team never takes promises for granted, so we audited Grademiners closely to make sure the service lives up to its claims. See How We Test Essay Writing Services for more details about our testing approach.

Experience review: Grademiners Mystery Shopping

Would you buy a pre owned Ford Fusion just because the next-door dealer advertises it and the price tag is juicy? Would you not even take a test drive? It could be all nice and glossy on the outside, but the interior is filthy, and the engine sounds like a German heavy metal band. No, you’d probably want to test it around the block and on the highway before purchasing. The same concept applies to the essay writing domain. You can only determine if a service keeps its promises if you put it to the test. But for students pre-testing and checking every essay writing platform is not possible. This is where the A*Help team steps in with our 99Papers and writepaperfor.me reviews. This time we are checking what Grademiners.com has under the hood. We started off by placing two online orders for two different assignments. The first was a two-page narrative essay due in six hours, and the second was a four-page memo to the CEO with a week-long deadline.

Here is our testing and research scenario:

✍ Paper ⭐ Personal Essay (2 pages) 💼 Business Memo (4 pages)
🎓 Academic level Undergrad. (yrs. 1-2) Undergrad. (yrs. 3-4)
✅ Paper format MLA Chicago / Turabian
⏰ Deadline 6 hours 7 days
👉 Paper instructions For this assignment, you will be writing a personal narrative–a story–illustrating an event or experience exemplifying gratitude. In other words, share a colorful story about an experience or event for which–either during or after the event– you feel or felt thankful. An example might be writing about your experience as a senior in high school and the teacher who helped you to achieve your goal of graduating and attending college. Another example might be writing a story about your experience growing up in a rural community, acknowledging that it was this small, but mighty, community that made you who you are today, and for this, you are thankful. This assignment should be at least 550 words. Underline your descriptive thesis statement or the point of your story. No outside/secondary sources are needed. See Appendix C – Formatting and Submitting Your Work See Formatting your Essay: MLA 8th Edition You are the Government Relations Director at a Canadian business. You have been asked to write a memo to your CEO about COVID-related government impacts on your business, comparing two provinces in which you operate. Your assignment is to write & submit this memo Your Task:
1. Choose a specific business you work in (Air Canada, Loblaws, 3M Canada, etc).
2. Choose two provinces to compare for your memo.
3. Research both provinces – what restrictions were in place in both provinces that affect your business? What supports are in place?
4. Write a memo in three parts: (1) how COVID is impacting our business, (2) a comparison of two provinces, (3)reflections on Canadian federalism and any recommendations for the CEO on how to work with governments to lead your business through the crisis

During the process, we tested everything that our status as real customers entitled us to. Whenever possible, we requested revisions and refunds, checked customer support capabilities, and did whatever it took to get a complete picture of the shopping experience.

When Grademiners completed our articles, we sent them to a US college professor for grading under the current American college standards. She provided insightful feedback on both pieces discussing how well the authors followed the guidelines and the overall quality of their writings. You can’t deny that this was a real stress test for the service. While the writers worked, they didn’t realize their clients weren’t college students but a bunch of experts checking their work under a magnifying glass. As if you were covering “Eleonor Rigby,” unaware that Paul McCartney is listening in the next room over a cup of tea.

We asked Sybil Low, the professor and A*Help’s partner, to explain how a quality college academic essay differs from less complex high-school work and what students should expect when preparing to write in college.

Well, college-level writing requires a higher level of critical thinking. A student needs to showcase their ability to think outside the box, coming up with original thoughts, ideas, and critiques. Richard Nordquistm my colleague from the University of Georgia, in his article provided tips for enhancing writing skills. The main pillars of a well-written essay are — planning, researching and editing. To speed up the process of writing Dr.Nordquistm recommends reading more, and so do I. As students progress from freshmen to seniors, writing expectations become more advanced. Additionally, college essays are lengthier than those in high school. As students move up the academic ladder, their work becomes more complex and requires more time and in-depth analysis.

Our final step was analyzing all the results of our shopping investigation based on three different criteria (value for money, overall experience, and paper quality) and establishing our own benchmark of success – the A*Help score.

Paper Quality – 33.5/50 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The main aspect of essay writing is the quality of articles. This is the most responsible part of our research, and we entrusted it to a proven expert. We sent the articles Grademiners had written for us to professor Low. She always applies current American college standards to grading, where 60% is the lower end of an acceptable result. Professor Low returned the essays with the following scores: the personal narrative essay scored 78.6/100 and the business memo finished not too far behind with 65.1/100. Passed! Okay, but let’s take a look closer, shall we?

The essay was very good in grammar, spelling, and punctuation, scoring 75, 90, and 94. The business memo beats the personal article in these categories with perfect grammar and punctuation (100, 98) and excellent spelling (95). The word choice of the essay’s writer was immense (100), and the memo’s vocabulary was also precise and descriptive (88).

There are points, however, in both writings that could cause you some headache if you received such work. The ideas in the personal essay could have been much better discussed, resulting in a below-average score (55) for reasoning and logic. Sybil Low shares her professional review of this paper.

Like I said, in an academic essay, a student needs to have a solid and well-supported argument throughout the paper. This essay talks about gratitude. A student starts by describing how his struggle with studying in high school undermined his self-esteem and threatened his college education. Later, he tells how his passion for getting to college kept him from giving up, eventually leading him to his teacher for help. In his essay, the student matures as a person going through all ups and downs with his teachers’ support. While this is true, the paper lacks transparent cause-and-effect relationships and a general structure, distracting from the overall impression.

Oddly enough, in this aspect, a more applied memo to the CEO scores 90! This draws us to the conclusion that Grademiners’ writers are excellent at technical writing, and if you’re looking for more of Thomas Wolfe’s style, you’d better look for other essay providers.

Additionally, formatting is another problem that both papers share to a different extent. There is room for improvement in the essay’s structuring, whereas the memo’s is rated as “fair.” The writers should have contributed more effort into this aspect of their work as it is the one that needs more quality.

A more detailed assessment report is available in the information below.

Paper 1: Score 78.6 |Comment:| Personal narrative. Document formatting is very good, but there is room for improvement. Document formatting issues: vertical spacing; horizontal spacing; reference indent. |Observations:| {Integrity}: 100%. {Length}: 100%. {Mechanics:} 90% (spelling 90%, grammar 75%, punctuation 94%, word choice 100%). {Citation formatting:} ungraded. {Reasoning, logic:} 55% (efficiency 37%, acuity 38%, clarity 49%, objectivity 45%).

Paper 2: Score 65.1 |Comment:| Memo. Document formatting is fair, with room for improvement. Document formatting issues: vertical spacing; horizontal spacing; reference indent; section headers; page breaks; bullets or lists. |Observations:| {Integrity}: 100%. {Length}: A little bit short (91%)—quote somewhat less or write somewhat more. {Mechanics:} 95% (spelling 95%, grammar 100%, punctuation 98%, word choice 88%). {Citation Formatting:} 50%. Reference formatting: main problem area—source detail (issue no., page range, volume, date); error types—element misitalicized, element miscapitalized, element misformatted. Incorrect reference section header. In-text cite grade: seriously deficient (in-text cites misformatted). {Reasoning, logic:} 90% (efficiency 100%, acuity 85%, clarity 77%, objectivity 100%).

Despite both works by Grademiners exceeding the minimum requirements of 60 pts, there are things to consider carefully when choosing the service as your academic writing provider.

Grademiners’ Value Review: Value for Money — 24/25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One point from perfection is where this service crossed the finish line in the Value for money section of our research. The company may not be among the big sharks of the industry, but the level of customer satisfaction they offer beats more reputable rivals easily. As a first point, we didn’t pay over the top for our essays. While the minimum price per page ($14.59) isn’t particularly appealing, the median ($53) is somewhere around the lower middle. The service charged us $53 for the essay and a dollar less for the business memo. There are only a few other services that may ask you for less on average, but there are more factors to consider than just the fees you pay. You don’t want to miss a rich selection of extra services, many of which are free. The platform offers to complete your essay within a groundbreaking one-hour deadline (true, your cello lesson with Mr. Horowitz lasted longer). The paper will come with a title page, formatting, and unlimited in-text sources; all these goodies are free. You’ll have up to 4 weeks of unlimited revisions and double plagiarism screening. It already sounds like a fantastic value for money. A few interesting features are also available with additional paid services. You can get a second version from another writer at 25% cheaper or review an initial draft (30% of the work) halfway to your deadline.

The company’s discount program also has something to offer. Save 15% on your first order and even more on each subsequent purchase if you and Grademiners get along.  You should also check out their referral program. Buzz a little about the service if you feel like it by sharing the referral link, and Grademiners will reward you with $50 for your breakfast tacos.

The company also follows the deadlines as a respected essay provider should. We received the personal essay 1.5 hours before the deadline and the memo five days early. The time allowed for our review and revisions was appropriate in both cases, in our humble opinion.

Do you need more arguments, or have we convinced you already? Grademiners.com offers irreproachable value for money.

Our user experience with Grademiners. Overall experience – 20/25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You know how some automobile dealers cherish their regulars. They open new locations, treat you with coffee and donuts, and even remember your favorite air freshener smell. That’s great, client-oriented care that leaves the best overall experience. This is why you keep returning for new Fords, even if Mazdas are cheaper and make more miles per gallon. In some sense, all people are selfish, and no matter what service they use, they want to be treated well and to have a sweet customer journey. Using online academic writing platforms resembles visiting a car dealership. You want to feel welcomed, make your purchase quickly, and be satisfied with the results, whether you’re reading your essay or cruising along the I-10 interstate.

Our team evaluates a platform’s overall user experience by examining how well it handles users’ requests, its security and privacy features, and available payment options. Among many other elements of the customer journey, we always test how helpful a help-desk representative is. This is not just our whim. Sometimes it’s necessary, and this was the case with Grademiners. We tested the support team on various occasions, sometimes putting them under pressure, and every individual we dealt with was prompt, helpful, and professional. Whether it was a revision request or any other demand on our end, the website’s support representative was right there to help. They would probably even tell you how to cook beef fajitas if you asked them.

Our interaction with the writer was slim, even though we tried to spark up a little more than just a small casual talk at the website. The possibility is available, though, and you can talk to the writer if necessary. In our case, the support handled everything we asked.

Another issue this service can’t be proud of is its arsenal of payment options. Only four credit card providers (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) are supported, with much preferred Google Pay and PayPal missing. We can only guess why online companies deprive users of the convenience of using these payment systems, but it doesn’t make such companies stronger.

In contrast, privacy and security are clearly among the company’s values, and it ensures that personal information is protected. The registration process is predictable and simple. All you only need is your email address to sign up. With SSL protocol, your financial transactions are carefully secured. All in all, security features are up to standard at Grademiners.

Conclusion

We just traveled an essay writing journey with Grademiners, our carrier today. The service was tested from multiple perspectives, from the point of view of both an average student and a distinguished faculty member, as part of our partnership with professor Low. The website offers great customer support, affordable prices with discount options, an attractive referral program, and, most importantly, the platform writes essays well. As always, some drawbacks were found, like the payment system being limited only to credit cards and a reserved writer who preferred to stay inconspicuous, but the same applies to the vast majority of similar writing services. All this comes down to the conclusion that Grademiners’ virtues outweigh its flaws, and we recommend this service for your academic needs. We gave it a shot. Would you?

Negativity rank – 12.3%

Any online purchase is like rolling the dice – you can win or lose with the same probability. The A*Help team tries to navigate you through the world of academic writing services and help you choose a winning provider. This review of Gradesminers would probably look incomplete if we didn’t allow you to consider other people’s feelings towards this service. Therefore, we gathered and analyzed customer feedback from various review websites, including Sitejabber, Trustpilot, Reviews.io, and even Reddit. Using the filters of sincerity and plausibility, we carefully collected and processed opinions and comments to ensure their credibility. Afterward, we added the calculated ratios to our reviews so that anyone can look at the broad picture and make a balanced decision.

The Gradesminers’ negativity rank is very low at 12.3%. Some users complain about prices, and others are unhappy with the quality of initial drafts or revisions. You can tell these are minor charges, and our negativity score reflects them perfectly.

Exclusive Grademiners Offers: Promo codes and Discounts

The service provides their clients with special offers – discounts up to 15% and even more bonuses to their recurring users. Be sure to check your email for GradeMiners coupons and promocodes. You can claim discount codes when placing an order at Grademiners.
