You can’t really do much here for free: the app extremely limits your functions outside of the premium subscription. The app provides a seven-day free trial for users to test out the note keeper and explore all available functionality. However, accessing the free trial requires linking your credit card, which many may consider a significant disadvantage.
In premium mode, Noteplan costs $12 per month (or $8.33 per month if billed annually) and offers a set of features. You can choose from the list of templates to customize the note, work with images and text, and use the list as a personal organizer with a customizable calendar grid. Of course, like almost all decent competitors, Noteplan provides seamless cross-device sync for your notes.

You enjoy the neat and convenient design when using Noteplan. It is simple to navigate, aesthetically pleasant to use and very compatible with official iOS software. You can really benefit from a special “bi-directional linking” feature that allows you to cross-link the notes and create some kind of complex interactive grid.
On the other hand, Noteplan is pretty good in versatility: it allows you to create notes, simple docs and kind-of small organizers. It even allows linking notes with calendars for advanced users, developing previously mentioned grid systems even further.
